Access to the 6sixs platform is strictly limited to persons aged 18 or over. Creating an account on behalf of a minor is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
It is your sole responsibility to verify that online betting and casino gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any bet on 6sixs. 6sixs does not accept liability for players who access the platform from prohibited territories.
Each player may hold only one active 6sixs account. Duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, device or payment method — are prohibited and will result in all accounts being suspended pending investigation.

By accessing, registering on, or using the 6sixs platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 6sixs ("the Operator", "we", "us"). Your continued use of the 6sixs Platform — including placing bets, playing casino games, or accessing your account — constitutes ongoing and unconditional acceptance of the most current version of these Terms.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account on 6sixs and to participate in any betting or gaming activity on the Platform. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. 6sixs reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
2.2 Jurisdiction. Access to and use of the Platform is void where prohibited by applicable law. It is entirely your responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or participating. 6sixs makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction. You access the Platform at your own initiative and risk.
2.3 One Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one registered account on 6sixs. Opening multiple accounts — whether to circumvent a suspension, to abuse promotional offers, or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited. 6sixs will close all duplicate accounts and may permanently ban the individual from the Platform.
2.4 Accurate Information. When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other details requested. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 6sixs login credentials (username, password, OTP codes). You must not share your credentials with any third party.
3.2 You must notify 6sixs support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 6sixs will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
3.3 You may not allow any other person to use your 6sixs account, including for placing bets on your behalf. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
3.4 6sixs reserves the right to close or suspend any account that shows signs of suspicious activity, collusion, match-fixing, use of automated betting software, or any behaviour inconsistent with legitimate personal use.
4.1 Supported Methods. 6sixs currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT (TRC-20). Supported methods may be updated without notice.
4.2 Currency. All account balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit is Rs 200. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 1,000. 6sixs does not charge platform-level processing fees on standard JazzCash or Easypaisa transactions, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
4.3 Withdrawal Verification. Prior to processing a withdrawal, 6sixs may require you to complete identity verification consistent with applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) standards. Withdrawal requests will be declined if the account has not met minimum turnover requirements or if there are active bonus wagering obligations outstanding.
4.4 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider while an active balance exists in your 6sixs account constitutes a breach of these Terms. 6sixs reserves the right to recover the full value of any reversed payment through all available legal means.
4.5 Own Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited to 6sixs are legitimately owned by you and are not proceeds of criminal activity. 6sixs complies with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations and may report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
5.1 All bets placed on the 6sixs sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market. These rules are available within the Platform and are updated periodically. In the event of ambiguity, 6sixs's interpretation of applicable rules is final.
5.2 Bets accepted in error due to obvious system or pricing errors (including clearly incorrect odds) may be voided by 6sixs at its sole discretion. 6sixs is not liable for losses arising from technical errors, data feed failures, or system outages beyond its reasonable control.
5.3 Live betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time during an event. Bets confirmed before a market suspension are valid; bets placed after a suspension are void.
5.4 Casino game outcomes are determined by certified and independently audited Random Number Generators. Live dealer game outcomes are recorded by video and are final once the round has concluded. Disputes must be raised with support within 72 hours of the disputed event.
6.1 From time to time, 6sixs may offer welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives. All promotions are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements (turnover multiples), minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and eligible game or market restrictions published alongside each offer.
6.2 Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering conditions have been fulfilled. Real-money deposits may be subject to a minimum turnover requirement before any withdrawal is permitted where a bonus has been claimed.
6.3 6sixs reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Misuse of promotions — including exploiting software errors, using multiple accounts, or coordinating bets with other players to guarantee bonus profits — will result in disqualification from the promotion and may result in permanent account closure.

All content on the 6sixs Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, design elements, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of 6sixs or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification or commercial exploitation of Platform content without express written permission from 6sixs is strictly prohibited.
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6sixs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
9.2 6sixs does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for ensuring your device and internet connection are secure.
9.3 6sixs's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player to 6sixs in the 30 days preceding the date on which the claim arose.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon closure of your account, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 7, 8, 9, and 13 — shall continue to apply.
6sixs reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to notify registered players by email or in-account notification prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 6sixs is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to 6sixs customer support for good-faith resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the support process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction. Players who believe their complaint has not been addressed fairly may seek guidance from the Platform's licensing authority where applicable.
